hhhmmm...Well, she might have her blue outfit the she wears in the books...I'm not quite sure what else...
Now that we know Emily is the next doll what items and outfits do you think that she will have?

I hope she has her scrapbook with pictures of the princesses! I keep wondering if she will have a doll, though. All the other girls, including Nellie and Elizabeth, have had one, but I don't think the book ever mentions Emily having a special doll, does it? Maybe they'll write one in to the new book, or maybe they'll just give her some random doll and call it hers.
Since the theme this year seems to be travel, I'd hope she'd have a suitcase that she came to America with. Maybe they'd also give Molly the stuff for the "bomb shelter" she made under the table. I would actually love to see Emily have a raggedy Ann doll (I know they're more American, but it seems like the kind of thing a sad girl could really hug and love). I'd also love to see a little Union Jack. I'd also love any kind of outfit that was a little dark cardigan and a wool dress. I have high hopes for Emily, and I hope that at least some of them will come true!
Emily could have a princess doll...one that emulates Princess Elizabeth or Margaret, like Kit's aviator doll emulates Amelia Earhart.
She better have her princess outfit! If they release that- I'll have to buy two! Just like I have to buy another Molly's birthday dress now And maybe 2 Bennett's if they don't make a specific Yank.
I hope she has her scrapbook.
She didn't bring a doll with her, but I would think there would be a good possibility that Mrs. McIntyre(or her aunt if she gets better) would buy her a doll in the states. AG does seem to want to make sure that every doll has a doll of their own.
how do you know the part about the Aunt...is there a little bit of the book that's been released as well?

"A girl," said Molly, "from London....She's supposed to stay with her aunt here in Jefferson until the war's over. But her aunt has pneumonia or something...."
